Referring Property Owners

Kline Properties focuses on property management of single family homes, duplexes, apartments, commercial offices and small retail units in the greater Indianapolis area (Marion and immediately surrounding counties).  We welcome and compensate referrals from real estate agents for new rental property owners for whom we can provide property management services.  Our program works as follows:

• We will pay you the first 3 months of management fees for new owners that you have referred to us for occupied units.  
• We will only pay from fees actually collected.  
• We generally charge 10% of rents collected for management services.

For example, if a house rents for $1000 per month, our management fee is $100 per month meaning we would pay you $100 per month for 3 months in that case.  If that unit is vacant you will not receive any money until the vacancy is filled, then the 3 monthly payments would begin.

Selling Your Management Business

If you currently manage rental properties for owners and would like to exit that business, please call us.  We are buying existing management contracts on generous terms.  This is your opportunity to get a golden handshake as you move on to other endeavors.
