- All financial transactions are accounted in our full-featured accounting software. Each property is treated as it's own business with separate profit & loss statements and bank balance.
- All moneys received on your behalf are deposited into a separate operating account that is dedicated to your funds. Your money is never intermingled with other funds.
- You will have a portal into our management software that allows you to view the latest details in full, up to the minute. You can see the check register that contains your funds.
- We can accept rent payments from tenants via money order, credit card or echeck.
- We can send owner funds to you via echeck, getting your money to you faster and more secure.
